UPS Freight division delivers to a warehouse next to my office, On multiple occasions I witness their trucks driver over my curb and interlocking paving stones causing damage. After confronting the drivers and taking nearly 2 months to find the appropriate office I was told by a man named Rich Ebersold not to contact him again or he would file harrassment charges against me!!!. UPS damages my property and one of their employees  is going to file against me??? yeah right!, UPS has given me the run around for several months no one is willing to take responsibiliy I guess they figure they'll make it as hard as possible for me to collect so ill drop it. Not gonna happen UPS ill do what ever it takes dragging ups thru the mud if I have to to get them to take resopnsibility

Not for a minute.......

AUTHOR: Resty - (U.S.A.)

do I doubt that UPS drivers damaged property.  UPS has the single most terrible careless inexperienced truck drivers of any company Ive ever dealt with (which have been numerous over the years).  They are ALL...yes ALL inconsiderate and rude out on the road, I can only imagine how they handle the semi  in making deliveries. I have personally called the company and filed complaints over how their drivers handle their rigs....big or small.

UPS wont step up

Mark, I own the property I personally witnessed 7 times my wife has witnessed it once. their trucks running over my property, when you put an 80,000 lb truck over EP Henry lavers it pushes them down causing an un-level surface, if a person trips on it I get sued. So no matter what i have to hire someone to repair it. I paid big money to have these put in, Yes severaal other trucks come in this area and they aproach the lot in a different manner and do not cause damage. Ive owned this property since 1989 and never had an issue until ups freight started delivering to the warehouse next door

High blood pressure over stones?

AUTHOR: Mark L. - (USA)

Lots of details left out. Does the curb and/or stones fall on an easement? Is this property owned by you or is it leased? UPS is not the only freight company that is used to deliver - any chance of other semi trucks needing to cut the curb in that tight corner? If it actually has been witnessed on "multiple occasions", why is not a simple personal camera kept handy to video the incidents? Who cares if it's a UPS contracted company or any other freight driver? If these incidences are legitimate and have bearing, file a police report regarding vehicular damage from anyone.

It's rather difficult to believe that any person or company would state they would have to file harassment charges for a person that is at most a mere nuisance. It would be interesting to witness this complainers actual verbage and tone when relaying his perspective.

If a trucker damaged private property, it seems apparanet that it should and would be paid for. Odd it hasn't been. Even more peculiar, that police report has not been filed subsequently making the trucking company pay for any damage (if actually liable). Wonder why that is. This blog site won't fix the stones, so why not speak with the local police to see if they can get the rocks out of your head?
