I  had bought an appliance on line and the item

 was being reshipped , being defective. UPS did not delivered the item inspite of numerous attempts to contact them.

Evereyday a UPS rep would call up to say the item is will be delivered the next day, yet it fails to show up

Even after speaking to UPS support numerous times they are unable to do a routine delivery.Worst company to deal with and the very worst customer service.

Vlamorous Free trial scam. You are absolutely right! The same thing happened to me. I returned the products which 1) don’t work and 2) the applicator came broken on the eye cream. I received the return # and placed it with UPS shipping. A month later they charged me $200 for unreturned creams. Saying ” well you didn’t call us to tell us the return tracking # therefore we can’t refund you. Simply returning the product alone does not credit your account”. You also only have 30 days to return even though it takes at least 2 weeks to determine if product works. Then a week or more for standard shipping to be received. I have been scammed.
