United Quality Publications SCAM / Deceptive Business Practices Pensacola, Florida

My story is the same as the many others on the Rip Off Report site who have written about United Quality Publications.  Three months after they took my check I still haven't received a refund despite exhaustive efforts.  I did file with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. I don't know if I'll get resolution on my case or not but I hope to prevent other consumers from going through what I did. Hopefully, the BBB and FTC will get enough complaints to pursue this farther.
