United Quality Publications Scammed me outta my money with a magazine subscription Pensacola Florida

Back in March 2010, a young man came to my door selling magazines so he can collect so many points for a trip to Hawaii. He seemed really nice, said he was in the area for that day only, and he's really wanting to win because he was raised in poverty back in Ohio, and he wants to see more.

So I bought just 1 magazine subscription, handed him the check for $49, and he gave me his receipt. Well, I had 3 days to cancel and had to follow the instructions to cancel. I did just that and found the phone number to call for my refund.

When I called, the lady seemed to be at her house, and said she was 2 months behind on giving back refunds. it was early April at that time, and she stated she was still working on february's orders. She said I should be getting my refund by June/July.

Well, still nada, Zilch. Nobody wants to answer the phone, and not even a sign of my magazines...even if I wanted them. 6 months and still going.
