I sympathize with everyone who has a problem with United Roofing. However, sometimes airing someone's dirty laundry all over the internet can be a VERY BAD THING especially when you involve INNOCENT CHILDREN.

M.S. has not lived at the Williamstown address for two (2) whole years. Furthermore, if someone from the innocent child's school ever tried to find his telephone number on the internet, they would come across some very graphic and damaging information that is not appropriate for children. Some of the information stated is not only no one else's business, some of it is simply not true.

Now, what does a mother do? This website states that they NEVER remove any of the complaints on it.

Two wrongs don't make a right and I hope that everyone is proud of what they have done.

Well R, it's your turn in the barrel now. Read the latest report, and you'll see that you are the one being blamed for Michael's problems now.

He's blaming you for having " all of his assets tied up." How's that feel?

It seems like he doesn't care what you or your children think. His only concern is for himself.

I wish you luck, you're going to need it!!!

I can only speak for myself at this point, and guess at others' motives.

I would like to personally apologize to your family if any of this has, or would ever hurt them. To my knowledge, no one has ever mentioned your family.

I can sympathize with your situation as well. We were all hurt in some way, as well as our children and our familes from UNITED"S ACTIONS, NOT YOUR FAMILY'S.

I personally did correct an apparently unproven statement. M.S. has not been confirmed as that crack head statement. We were given apparent bad information from sources that turned out to be unreliable. Again, I apologize for that. That was corrected in my report.

People have turned to this site in desperation and frustration. M.S. has caused this climate himself. If you have any influence over him at all, encourage him to communicate with everyone and attempt to straighten out the problems.

I can report that people are starting to receive calls from M.S. and he is making attempts to settle matters. I ENCOURAGE AND APPLAUD THIS!

A suggestion I could make is to have M.S. change any reference to your address by changing anything he may have with that address on it. This way your address would not be used.

You can also use your internet browser security settings to block this site on nay computer you have control of so your family does not see it.

Once our cases are settled, and we hope that they will, we will make every atttempt to clear up everything negative.

AGAIN, I APOLIGIZE TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. I will do what I can to stop negative actions.
