Unknown contacted me and said that I will be served with papers on Friday and have to appear on court Monday. Said they have 18 counts of theft by deception, check fraud and some other things. Said United States Credit Central was filing the suit against me. Scary thing is they had the last 4 of my social, and old checking account information. Never obtained any loans from any of the companies mentioned. Advised them I will wait to receive a subpoena. Left very threatening voice mail on my cell phone.
