United States Credit Services man and woman with heavy accent threatening lawsuit and jail. New York New York

I was contacted today by a man with a very thick Indian accent stating that he was with the law office of United States Credit Services and that they were trying to reach my lawyer in reference to a lawsuit that was being levied against me for an unpaid cash advance and that they were filing multiple charges against me to the sum of over $5000.00.  He was very vague with all of the questions that I asked him and then placed me on hold.  At that time a woman with a very similar accent came to the phone identifying herself as Jane, the senior lawyer.  She pretty much reiterated the samr threats but said that no paperwork had been processed when I asked for proof.  After several minutes of questioning her to no avail I hung up.
