United states credit services James, Accused me of stealing,accused me of obtaining a loan online and not paying it back, threatened to notify my job, threatened to call police,extremely rude when leaving voicemail in my DAUGHTERS cell phone, said i could be arrested, and refused to listen to me, did not deny it being a scam when i said it sounded like it, i got the same information as the original report, couldnt get info, couldnt give me info on who the original debtor was. New york New York

 Received several phone calls I received a phone call from a certain person with USCS United States credit services about a debt or loan that I borrowed online and did not pay it back. the person was extremely rude and would not give me any information about the original creditor person or the person with whom I borrow the money from. this person would not give me any information regarding the file of the lawsuit or any information at all. they did not give me any information about the original date when the money was borrowed they did have my personal information my job an old address I lived and this person said that they would be able to find me with my social security number which they only apparently had the last four numbers of my social security number and said that we were being watched and he made that abundantly clear that the government was watching us and knew where we lived regardless that we moved from the old address we lived at. The person on the phone said that they were going to notify the police and my job and me with paperwork stating that there was a lawsuit to be filed against me tomorrow morning which is August 12th at 11 a.m. of 2015 and they were going to notify my job of the debt that I owe to a certain person who was never mentioned in this phone call they also mentioned that the phone call was being recorded and that they were going to have me arrested. The person on the other end of the phone calls to accuse me of stealing the money in that they were going to notify the sheriff and have the sheriff come arrest me. When can be provided the person on the phone also mention that if I needed a attorney or cannot afford an attorney one will be appointed to me. Also they told me that I would not have to fly to New York which the phone call was based from they said that the lawsuit would take place where i reside they also mention that somebody would be serving me on Friday August 14th of 2015. The person on the telephone also sounded like I was already being judged and that I was already going to be arrested and made it seem like whatever was going to happen already was planned to be happening without my knowledge. And i have never recieved any notices in the mail, I have no idea what the situation is about I have paid off all of my debt in the last 2 years and I have no debts to anybody whatsoever as far as my knowledge.
