United States Tax Relief Agency is a RIP OFF COMPANY!

After numerous attempts at contacting them when I recieved a notice of possible levies, Mr. Hargus assured me, this would not happen. Much to my surprise, when I went online to check my checking account I almost fainted. All my accounts had zero balances. My major account a little over three weeks ago was at 2,100 plus. This was my July's house payment, gas bill, electric bill, phone bill, groceries and medication for two very sick chronic pain patients in my family.

The number of checks bounced added up to almost 1,000 in other accounts. My family went without food for several days. I wasn't able to work my second job where I am a courier and drive 180 miles a day, paying for my own gas, due to literally have zero cents to my name! Until my next paycheck came in. Losing $90.00 a day.

I immediately contacted the State of Michigan and they reassured me, this company had never contacted them like Richard Hargus told me they had. My wife is so angry, she has found a lawyer who wants to take this case as a pro bono after we told him the entire story and how we went for days without food in the house for our children, except for some canned food we were able to get at a local pantry.

I have no idea how our July house payment will be made. My daughter and wife also suffered without their mediation. Also, a major televised show worldwide, wants to meet with us for an interview and are considering doing a piece on this Rip off Company and to make more others aware of their scam.

I set up payments on my own with the State. Which I should have done in the beginning instead of contacting this company. Being told that I would only have to pay them and not the State, was appealing to me. Especially since they wanted two thousand + and at the first time I contacted the company, I believe I only owed 3,500 on taxes for something that was bought online.

Because this man is so convincing, when I did talk to him in the beginning and when I did recieve a notice about a levy being put on my wages, I truly believed him when he told me this would never happen and everything was under control. He promised to call me back and I never heard from him after that. Not until my wife called and left a message on their answering machine on just how she felt about them after all our money was seized.

To make a long story short, by trusting this company, my penalities have now reached a bill over 11,000. My checking accounts were all wiped out to zero balances and I had to pick up a third job, just to try to make up for the difference the State took from my checking accounts/savings. Funny, after my wife called and left a message concerning them being a RIP OFF company and contacting a lawyer, etc. he suddenly calls.

He wasted no time then. He leaves a voice message on her phone that he contacted the State and wanted to share with us what they had to say. We had no desire to hear his lies.

People, beware. Take it from me. Do not go with this RIP OFF COMPANY. Call the IRS or the State, and make arrangements through them. Then maybe, you won't have your hard earned money vanish from your account from being levied and your children will have food in their bellies, and if your child or wife needs medication, they will have it, you'll be able to make your house payment, or whatever you were saving your money up for.

This man and his company have put us through such a financial burden now and harmed us emotionally as well as physically. Not to mention also, the bad credit report that will go against me for being 30 days out on my house payment. Not to mention all the bounced checks we are trying to make restitution with.

Please contact us if you have had the similar experience with this company. Even if it is with them taking your money and never calling you back. The lawyer that will be representing us, has said if he gets more people, we can do a class action law suit against this RIP OFF COMPANY! Something has to be done to stop people like this who only get richer, while their supposedly client suffers in the end financially and in many more ways.
