Well, what can I say, Michael Gill is a fast talker, promised that I would be protected, and all of his years of experience, sent a bunch of bogus documents and honorary society crap. I should have known, after explaining my situtation, and the fact that I was just getting ready to move cross country, I explained to them, that the card number I had given them, he could only get 1200 a day, what does he try to do, charge the whole 2400 at once, and has the nerve to call me back, and tell me the card isnt any good. I did everything on my part, all the paper work was sent to them, once they recieved the paper work, They wouldnt respond to my calls, or emails. I send Michael Gill, and Richard Hargus a copy of writtings from rip off report, again, no repsonse, After they got my 2400, they were done with me, I got no protection what so ever, and the gov put a lien on me. On top of that, another company that I have hired, even told me, Gill, or Hargus never even pulled a master transcript, which, is the very first step in getting some protection. People like this should be shut down, typical criminals who have to hide behind a computer screen, honestly, i dont see how they go home each night, face a family, knowing how they earn their money. Let it be known people, who ever is going after them, I am personally in your corner, the 2400 I gave them, would have bought my fieance a lot of medications, for she was going through cancer treatments, I spit on these people, and would never wish my fieance's sickness on anyone, until these two came into the picture!!!!! Sorry for the hatred

ALWAYS PAY BY CREDIT CARD! IT PROTECTS YOU! NEVER SEND A CHECK OR ALLOW ACH DEBITS!

ALWAYS PAY BY CREDIT CARD! IT PROTECTS YOU! NEVER SEND A CHECK OR ALLOW ACH DEBITS!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE COMPANY YOU PAID FOR SERVICES YOU NEVER RECEIVED. YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY RESPONSE FROM THE MANY PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS YOU SEND THEM. JUST SAVE YOUR TIME AND CALL YOUR BANK THAT PROVIDED YOU THE CREDIT CARD!

If you paid the $2400 or up to $3500 on your credit card up front, the card issuing banks, as well as Visa and Mastercard guidelines, allow you the right to call the card issuing bank customer service department and request a refund/chargeback. And they will issue you an immediate/temporary credit of the full amount on your credit card. You will get an immediate refund, especially when services have not been provided yet.

You also have a right to request a refund/chargeback within 6 months and up to 1 year after your purchase.

It looks like the company United States Tax Relief Agency has already received several chargebacks, and they cannot fight them and win the chargeback dispute.

Because of all the disputes and reports on this company, they have changed their website and company names several times. This company has a history of bad business. If you do business with any company, beware of the following:

1. Changed several employees the past year. Employees not with the company that you spoke with in the past. That is a sign of internal company problems, bad management, disgruntled or unhappy employees. This is a warning sign.

2. Never return phone calls.

3. Never respond to your emails

4. If you threaten lawsuit, or reporting them, and if they finally respond and call you, you still need to make sure you don't waste your time listening to their explanation and assurance that they will take care of you. RUN!

5. Work out of their home

6. Owners who like to brag and drive around in expensive cars, live in penthouse suites, go to strip clubs, drink alot, and more. These are the people you do not want to do business with. They are in business for the money, sell you the world and how much they love you, make money fast, get rich, and spend more time drinking and playing with their toys. Instead, they end up creating problems with their employees and spend less time on the phone with their customers. They are no longer motivated to be in the office working for their customers.

6. Do not use email accounts from the company. Question the company and employees as to why they are using @gmail.com or @hotmail.com or @yahoo.com email accounts. Something is wrong here.

7. Change their websites several times. This is very common trick to avoid the embarrasment of NEW customers finding bad reports on the internet about them. If NEW customers do a Google search for that company's NEW name or website name, they will not see any negative search results, like from ripoffreport.com site. So that new customer will think the business is legitimate and can be trusted.

8. The company has an address on their website that is in another city, or is a PO box, and is not the physical address.

9. If they are good salesmen, they can say anything on the phone, and make tons of promises and guarantees, and they may convince you they are your best friend and care about your health, and your business, and guarantee to fix your IRS problem. How can they do that over the phone when they do not know you, never met you, and never called the IRS to get the status of your case to know you are telling them the truth. DONT FALL FOR THIS. Make sure you get everything in writing. Make sure you get them to say this in an email. You need facts and proof if you have to go to court. IF THEY MAKE GUARANTEES TO YOU OVER THE PHONE, THEY ARE LYING BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW THE DETAILS OF YOUR CASE YET. This is common sense!

10. If they say they are an attorney, check their name out on the State Bar websites like this one = http://members.calbar.ca.gov/search/member.aspx - If their name is not listed, question them and ask them for their license number. If they do not give it to you, or if it does not show up to verify their identity, do not do business with them. RUN!

11. Check their website out. See when the domain name was registered so you can see how new the website is. If they claim to be in business for 10 years, question them as to why their domain name is only 1-2 years old.

12. Check the Better Business Bureau out and see if they have complaints.

13. Anyone can say anything on the phone, and say this is why you should trust me. Any company can provide you 2-3 references of past customers. How do you know if those references are not just their friends lying? If the company says they have been in business for 10 years, search their company name and website name on the internet using Google. If their search results do not show any results, then something is wrong. Why is their name or website name not showing up. it is because the names are new. Question them! Make them show proof!

14. After talking to them for a few days on the phone and exchanging emails, take notes as to what they say. Then at the end before you pay them to retain their services, ask questions about their reputation, website address, state bar license #, etc. Then check them out on the internet to make sure everything they say is true or not.

And lastly, if you are a customer and paid them within the last 12 months or less, and you did not get what they promised you, call your credit card issuing bank and charge the amount back!

I HOPE THIS HELPS.
