United Studios Of America Ripoff dishonest, Do not buy pictures from Massillon Ohio

This is the company that offers you a free 11x13 portrait for a cheap price in the grocery store. Well my husband decided to do it and paid the 6.00 sitting fee. I figured OK since he already paid it we would get our pictures taken. I had also done a little research on them at the time and could find nothing negative about them then.

So, we got the pictures taken and they told us that they would be ready in 2 weeks to purchase. Well they came out very nice and we decided to buy all of the ones that they had already printed and order 3 large canvas ones with frames. We paid a total of $450.00 for everything. We were told that the canvas pictures would take 4-6 week to be sent to us and we took the others home that day.

Here it is almost 16 weeks later and no canvas pictures. I have called there every week since the end of October and I get a different story every time. Most of the excuses are that they have no frames. At one time they were going to send me the pictures and no frames but give me a certificate for more pictures. Then they changed there minds. I have asked them to just send the pictures now and the frames later one more than one occasion, but still no pictures. Now they are telling me that they can't send the canvas pictures without wax paper and that should be in buy Friday. I am not holding my breath.

Do not trust these people. Since September when I first looked they have lost there membership with the BBB and have have numerous complaints filed against them.
