United Studios Of America Liars! Ripoff Won't get what you pay for! Phoenix Arizona

A few weeks ago my mother was in the grocery store and a woman with United Studios of America was there behind a little table. She explained to my mother that they were doing a special, and that for $16, my mother would get 16 wallet size pictures, 2 5x7 pictures, and 1 8x10. My mother was thrilled at the chance to get my 7 month old daughter's pictures taken!

When we showed up at the scheduled time, the photographer took an extra 20 minutes with the people ahead of us. The 'set' was ugly, dirty and unprofessional. They had plain bed sheets hung up! Anyways, the photographer got a couple good pictures of my daughter, and we decided that at least we would have the pictures.

My mother went to pick up the pictures today, at the time they scheduled for her to and she was sadly surprised. When they pulled them out to show her, she was shocked to find that it was one of my daughter not smiling! She had smiled several times during the shoot and the photographer was usually fiddling with something unrelated, or just staring off into space. I know she took at least 3 pictures of my daughter smiling, though.

To top it off, it wasnt the package my mother paid for! This package had 4 wallets, 1 5x7 and 1 portrait. They had extras of the wallets, and my mother finally got so irritated that she paid for an extra sheet of those.

This was supposed to be my first Mother's Day present! Now I have pictures of my always happy daughter not smiling, and we paid for a lot more than we got! Dont do business with United Studios of America!!!
