i wrote the letter to request my money back because i didnt use the car not a month, only 7 days , they wrote the letter back to tell me that i didnt return to them withing 48 hours which is rediculus, i went back and forward with them almost 3 days.. if i drove a month i wouldnt ask the money back, i had that car only weeks and the car no good, also i have paper from the auto service to prove that's the car bad.. they didnt responsed anything, and no money return back to me.. i dont know what to do.. i am just a student why they're lie. what should i do? please help

Universal Autos are rippoffs

You do not take care of your customers.  You only take care of them while they have their money on hand and when you take it you care less.  My son purchased a vehicle from you on July 14th he immediately returned it to your dealership on July 15th till this date 4 weeks later no vehicle nor a refund.  Your dealership keeps giving him the runaround and no status.... Buyer Beware

Universal Auto only sells quality PRE-OWNED vehicles. Although we make our best effort to inspect each car we sell, we know that there is a chance that problems may arise due to the fact that the cars are used. We offer warranties on all of our vehicles and have a full service repair facility that doesnt do any work for the general public, but is there solely for the purpose of repairing our customers cars. We are also one of the only used car dealerships to offer an exchange policy. We do make every effort to fulfill any customer requests and to make sure every customer is satisfied. Please contact us if there is something more we can do to try an address your concern.
