At first, I was excited about starting a 900# with UBS(Don Lapre). Then I realized that it was going to be expensive for my wife and I to advertise, so I requested a refund. At first they said that the 30 days have passed. I pleaded with them that we can not afford to continue with this program. I told them that I have not had the 900# package for 30 days, so they said OK.

They told me that it will take time to process the refund. "Please allow 2 or 3 weeks, b/c it has to be hand processed", they said. That was April 5th. It is now May 8th and I have yet to hear from them. I have tried to call all of their numbers and everyone of them is busy or I am directed to a full voice mailbox. What is going on??? I am out 1300 dollars.
