Universal Fidelity, LP Recieved a letter stating I owed for 2 movies and 2 games not turned in from 2009 and 2010 from Hollywood Video. These movies and games were turned into Hollywood Video before they went out of busine Houston, , Texas

I received a letter from a collection agency who is the Legal Successor of Hollywood Video.  I tried calling the company and of course no one answered. The recorded message was "leave a message"  This company states that I owe for movies and games not returned which is completely incorrect.  I believe that they were returned before the business went out of business.  This is the first contact I have had regarding this issue and the leter states they were from 2009 and February of 2010.  I can't believe they can get away with this!  We will see what happens after the certified letter reaches them.
