Universal Fidelity, LP is claiming to be a national collection agency that has been advised I owe them $34.76 from two games that we returned two years ago. We never received a late notice and in fact we bought things from the store when they were closing and were not told we had any outstanding balance. Now two years later we get a notice out of the blue that we owe this money and we owe a debt. I called the number on the invoice and only got a recordning. I've called three times with no return. I went to the website and there is not way to communicate with them, only a way to make a payment.  Is this even legal?
