On December 3 2008, the employee , Sharena, from Universal Funpass called and congratulated me that I had won a trip for 4 to Disney for my birthday. A couple of days before I had filled out an entry on the net which stated "Win a trip to Disney for your birthday" So I figured it was legal or nearly.

The girl kept repeating that I had won 3 trips, #1 to Orlando to Disney for 3days and 2 nights, #2 to Daytona for 3 days and 2 nights also and then #3 to Cancun,Mexico for 5 days and 4 nights. This include a whole bunch of side dishes such as 2 Free passes to Unioversal or Islands of Adventure. $500. free saving cupons and 4 passes for the Casino Cruise in Daytona ++++

she talked so fast that I couldn't write fast enough to get it all. Then she passed me to Tony Moore who was ready to take the payment, which I hesitated 3 times to give him but he kept repeating "didn't she explain to you what the trip consisted of and everytime I tried to stall he would com e back with the same arguement and I swear I was so tired of listening to them that I thought to H... with it I'll give it to someone for christmas because I can't travel as I can't walk very well. So low and behold I gave him my number for master card, which I should have never done.

The next morning I called and spoke to Hope in customer service and she was very nice and she told me to send her a fax and she would see what she could do to have it cancelled. I did so and asked them to reimburse me and I also called my credit card, but they told me to wait 30 days and if they did not reimburse me to contact mastercard and they would look into it .

On the 5 Dec./08 Rachel called and told me that they couldn't reimburse me because they had the registration of the conversation and that they had told me that it was not reimbursable. I told her that it didn't make any difference that I had contacted my credit card and that they weren't going to pay it anyway. She kept on insisting and she got snarky so I asked to speak to her supervisor but the line was accidently cut off.LOL I tried to call back and it was nearly 6PM and nobody answered.

On the 8th December/08 I received via e-mail an up-grade to 4 par passes or 2 dinner certificates, but this time the package was to Florida/Bahamas. This certificate I was supposed to sign and return in 48 hrs but I didn't . I returned it stating that I had asked to have a reimbursement on dec. 4/08 ,

I believe it was around the 15 of dec/08,someone else called but that time I didn't take down her name and she told me that they couldn't reimburse me and I told her that I had never received any confirmation by e-mail as I was supposed to and she said that she would send me a physical package Well ,low and behold ,she did on Dec. 24/08 and I received it on Jan 6, 2009. My credit card company told me that I had to wait for 30 days until after the 3rd of Jan/069 before I could file a report. All this made me sick and for the last week I was unable to attend to it.

Today Jan 15/09, I received a call from a person named Gloria Langlay who said she was from Mediation Services in Virgina and she gave me her phone number to call back but it doesn't exist. At least the area code is not right.

I had told her that we would be in touch because she wanted to know the name of your site and I couldn't remember it off hand. Tomorrow I am going to contact my credit card company with all the details and thanks to your site I believe they have enough evidence to have me reimbursed .I am so upset with myself for being so gullable , God only knows it's the last time that I will ever enter into a contest again. When I go to Daytona I'll be sure I'll have a place to stay as I always did before.
