January 8, at 8:00 p.m I received a call, from Universal studio. Jasmin, told me : Elise, you won a trip ! Are you happy Elise ? She was really excited and she started to explain me all the package in english with too many numers & percents.. I'm a french girl, so I asked a lot of time to repeat, because she spokes really fast and I misunderstood half of what she said. But one thing I'm sure; she was too much excited and happy to tell me how I'm lkucky to won that trip ! After she said, I tranfered you to another department for the confirmation of you trip.

After I talked with another girl, she repeat (again really fast) all the percents asnd numbers and asked me my credit card number. I refused 3 times !! She started to be a bit agressive because I did'nt want to give my number. I asked to her: IF I won a trip , I'm not supposed to pay nothing, it's free no? And she told me: Elise it's just for a confirmation, don't worry, we are a big cie and your protected with your credit card cie. Elise give me your number.. Unfortunatly..I finally gave it to her.

And first thing I knew..they took 120$ on my card !!! I recalled them the day after to asked why you take that cash? They told me ; Elise you approved the montly payments for your package! And they started the tape of my conversation with JAsmin ; but only the part where I gave my number..of course they did'nt put the part where she said : it's just for a confirmation !!!

They finally cancelled the other montly payments except the first one.I would'nt never accepted that thing if it was in french.. I just misunderstood a lot of things.. First my credit card was already full, so How I can accept to pay a trip if I don't have any money on my card !!?? IT's so stupid, but now I'm trying to have my cash of the first payment with my credit card cie, but it'S a lot of time and energy.. But believe me : I will never give my credit card number another time.
And I did'nt stop to adviced the most of people that I can, about that CIE..
And if you received a similar call: please just hang up !!
