We were taken in by these scamsters too. If so much hadn't been going on in our lives at the time I would have heeded the old saying "if it sounds too good to be true then it is". I was stunned, shocked and angry when I opened my first bill with universal on it. Thank God I had enrolled in the budget plan. It certainly seems as if something can be done about this company, they are very misleading and deceptive. In these financially troubling times people are going to jump at any chance to save money. We may just pay the $250 fee and get this monkey off our back!
