The same as the others. $390.23 Supplier Charges. Plus I cancelled back 6 months ago when I first found this. I cancelled today and they offered a lower per unit cost but not the removal of the supplier charges. Than they tell me it was a 5 year contract not a 2 year I was originally told and now that there is a $250.00 cancellation fee. That is still better than the $390.23 a month charge. My Moms house was also signed up under another company Direct Energy with the same type charges. I have cancelled that one without anymore problems, but I am still having problems with Universal.
