Universal Gas & Electric Ripping off the deceased Southfield, Michigan

Well this ismy first time dealing with this so called company, i have had a prior experience same scam different company.Here is my deceased brother-in-laws story,he passed away in Oct 2010 so we have been packing his stuff up and retrieving his mail we recieve agas bill and it is $307.06 for one month.This is with the heat on 60 degrees and no one living in the home and the house is only 1000 sf,i have no clue as to how he paid his bill considering he was laid off collecting unemployment and paying child support and trying to live.I don't know how these people sleep at night because as a business owner i know if my customers have any problems i'm not getting any sleep at night.Hopefully karma will come around to them.
