Universal Vacation Club told me I was buying a vacation club membership at Interval International, totally false, UVC has my $l,500.00 and won't refund it to me. Bait and switch, false representation San Diego California

I was approached outside of a hotel after going to a timeshare presentation. Sales person told me for $l,500.00 could purchase vacation club plan with Interval International. Had to use two weeks in first two years and then would get 4 weeks every year. The maintenance fee was only $138.00. Even the application I signed said Interval International. After getting home I'm told, "oh no, I don't have anything with Interval International , it is with Univeral Vacation Club which I would have NEVER purchased anything with. I am outraged and I need this money back. It was bait and switch. Totally dishonest salesperson. I have all the notes that were taken, (by my cousin who was with me). Please help!!!
