My life went downhill after I graduated with my DBA. I am so in debt with this university that I had to file bankruptcy and the bankruptcy didn’t include education. So $150,000 is on my credit report. I should have known that it was too good to be true. I am so over qualified I can’t get a job now. I would like to join the class action suit against University of Phoenix.

I don't honestly have any idea how you expect sympathy or understanding when you fail to provide any sort of example as to your claim. I think you need to contact the University and ask for employment assitance if it is that difficult for you. Maybe it's not just the degree that is not getting you the job you desire. Best fo luck to you, but I really don't see wrongdoing on the side of University of Phoenix.

My degrees are useless in terms of finding employment. The reputation of the university is ruining my chances of finding employment with my masters and doctorate.

So you're blaming the University for giving you the education you wanted and now you're upset that after declaring bankruptcy that the student loans didn't disappear. This is a well known fact that student loans are not appliable to bankruptcy. I have no idea what your claim would be against the University because there really isn't anything to sue over.
If you really are a doctoral graduate, then this is a pathetic report to show that you deserve some type of legal action against the University. You show absolutely no evidence of wrongdoing and act like it's their fault that you can't find a job. I'm a graduate of the University and a continued student and I have had no issue with them in my experience.
