Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I was a student at phoenix University for a while then when they first asked me if I wanted to receive my first disbursement of money either all or have them take the funding for schooling and send me the remainder to pay for school supplies I said take out the funding for school then send the rest. Next thing I know they told me it was their error and they had sent me an over disbursement and I had to pay it all back or I could not continue my schooling....seems unfair it was their error and after paying off my laptop and getting internet I didnt have the money to pay back now Im out of school with no job and no money....kinda shady if you ask me.

Don't trust Ms. Bailey's offer of help. If you were posting this same complaint on PhoenixConnect, which is the University's new brainwashing forum where things that only agree with the University's position may be posted, she would have deleted your complaint and banned you from being able to post again in the future. That's what her role is and she's not sorry about your experience. She still gets her paycheck either way.
