I made the colossal mistake of not checking reviews for this company before contacting them. However when I discovered their reviews I contacted them again the same day to cancel their services.2 months later they charged my credit card for the 249.00 fee. I was absolutely livid and contacted my bank immediate and had to put in a dispute and cancel my card. When I tried to get ahold of this so called company I was put on hold and disconnected 6 times. When I finally got through I was then told to call another number. I did and when I explained my situation the man got nasty with me and hung up on me. When I immediate called back NO ONE world answer. I left various voicemails stating quite bluntly that if my money wasn't refunded IMMEDIATELY my next call would be to the BBB. I then proceeded to call the original number and within 5 minutes the first person said my money would be refunded before the close of day.

This so called company is nothing but a sham. Along with the 249.00 charge for their services they also try and slip in a 49.99 dollar charge for using their website. This is something else they don't tell you, along with the fact they CANNOT guarantee a loan because they ARE NOT a funding institution. Their services are for UNDERWRITING (so called) services. Beware of this company and don't make the same mistake I did. Luckily for me the threat if the BBB and 12 back to back phone calls got my money back.
