 I contacted Unsecured Business Funding to acquire funding for my Real Estate Investing Business. Unsecured Business Funding was going to establish and build my business credit so I could get the funding I was looking for.

They charge a $300 upfrnt fee they call a Risk Assessment fee. They charge $2000 for the credit builder program.I told Dave Clark things were tight and I didn't have $2000.He said how about you pay $1000 upfront and finance the other $1000 through a company they deal with on a regular basis out of California call Duvera Financial.I said am I gauranteed funding even though my credits not the best,he said yes.After we establish and build your business credit we will get you the funding you need.That was what the Risk Assessment fee was for,to check a persons credit among a few other things.

So I said ok Dave,as long as I'm gauranteed the funding I'm looking for I will pay you the $1000 upfront fee on top of the $300 Risk Assessment fee i already paid.Then I will finance the other $1000.

Well,Dave Clark never mentioned to me that I needed a 680 fico score or better for them to to get me the funding.I had been working with 4 different credit repair company's in the last year and a half before i called Unsecured Business Funding and was pretty stuck at around a 650 fico.So with that being said,If I had know I needed a 680 fico score or higher,I never would have paid them any money because I had no idea how long it would take me to get the 680 or higher I needed.But I gave things the bennifit of the dought and went with it hoping I could get my credit where it needed to be for them to work with me.

I paid on the loan they had me take out for a good 8-9 months before stopping paying Duvera Financial.I called Duvera Financial on a few occations and explained the situation to them and told them I was basically duked into  paying the $1000 upfront and finaning the other $1000 because I was never told I needed a 680 fico score or better for Unsecured Business Funding to get me the funding I was looking for,so theirfor I wasn't going to pay them anymore and that they should call Unsecured Business Funding and speak with Dave Clark and straighten things out with him.

I paid them the $300 upfront Success fee and the $1000 in upfront fee's and started the financing back in June of 2012.I have contacted Unsecured Business Funding by phone and by e-mail asking for a full refund and still haven't seen a penny. 

I have contacted 3 different Government agency's in hopes of them going after this company to get my money back for me and to shut them down.I contacted the Utah & Wisconsin Attorney Generals Office,the Flordia & Wisconsin Depart. of Agriculture,Trade & Consumer Protection & the Dept. of Financial Institutions & Consumer Affairs and nobody seems to be able to help me.

So it looks like I will have to take these crooks to small claims court and collect my money that way. I figure they took me for about $1800......So I'm going to sue them for the $1800 I'm out of pocket from them and charge them interest on those funds as well.
