upclk Fraud on the internet trying to charge my credit card for services I had not bought Internet

I bought a PDF Standard Suite through upclk.com, then had to update it to PDF Professional to be able to change PDF documents into Word. Each time, I could not install/download the software and had to get help from their customer service - via the international phone # for the world and not corresponding to any specific country. On the second call, the representative from upclk.com tried very hard to sell me a computer maintenance service for an amount above $300. I repetitively told the rep that I did not want it, particularly after purchases which were problematic. That was 10 days ago.

However, today my credit card bank let me know that an attempt was made to charge for this service [that I indicated did not want several times on the phone], but obviously, since the attempt to charge my card was made from a location other than the one I usually charge from, they caught it an blocked it. When I called my bank, they confirmed that the attept was made by upclk.com. I called the same customer service dept at upclk.com, let them now what had happened, and that they were on the records as the source to fraud me via an additional charge. Interestingly, there is no trace on their website of where they are located, whether they have headquarters, etc.
