upclk charged 33.95 dollars when I purchassed a 10 dollar computer system repair without my OK Internet

I have a dell computer running windows 7 and was solicited to purchase an anti virus and system cleaning service by this company for 10 dollars on wed. august 27 2016. the next morning when checking my bank account a charge of 39.95 dollars was posted by UPCLK without any consent by me!!                                                                                                   further more after they finished the work on my computer I was told that now i had to reboot it as they had shut down my computer. upon trying to reboot my system was somehow fouled up by this outfit that i needed to reload it with the operating system with a windows 7 disk which did not come with the purchase of this computer .                                       now I was left without the use of it until I purchased the disk.to put it bluntly this company sucks and are rip offs.
