You cant get a manager on the phone because there a 2 month back log of calls their working on. You get put on hold and talk to a supervisor if you have 35 minutes to hang on. Than the standars UBS lip service. We will call you back within the hour and....

USEESS PARCEL SERVICE. Is an understatment. Over the past 4 years we have only recieved ONE shipment from UPS because the othe companies choose to use them. Start calling back the companies and tell them not to use UPS. BOYCOTT BUYING ANYTHING ONLINE FROM ANYONE THAT USES UPS.
