About a month ago I found this website called Urban Nutrition Inc. They had a free product sample which you tried the product but you only had to pay the shipping and handling. Also after you received the product you had 15-days from that point to try it. Then after the 15-days they would send you a months supply and charge your charge card 39.99. But also they stated you could cancel your membership with their company before that initial 15-days where up you wouldn't be charged.

Well, before the first 15 days where up I canceled "My Daily Dose "dietary vitamin supplements. Then about 15-days later I get a month supply of "My Daily Dose" dietary vitamin supplements. After receiving the product. I called Urban Nutrition to ask them about why they sent me the item in question. They said I didn't cancel my membership with them. Which I did. I asked them if I was going to get a refund and they said no. I brought up maybe I should turn you into the better business buearo then her demeanor got a bit testy.

Kind of like I said something wrong. I'm still sending the dietary supplements back because I don't need nor care for them. All I wanted to do is try something new and I did just that. Didn't like the product. On the Invoice I got a PO Box then when I went to look up the address I got a town house which makes no sense. Personally I had the impression the product in question was being sent out of a factory not a home.

I am one of the customer service representatives for Urban Nutrition and take exception to this character assassination of my organization. I spend a large part of my day speaking with people who are ordering just to qualify for some online promotion and more than likely you are one of those people who order multiple products via a promotional website and lose track of what you have cancelled.

If this "customer" had cancelled he would have two paramount pieces of information:

1. His cancellation code and
2. The name of the representative he spoke with

I doubt seriously that he has either. I even executed a basic search using the zip codes for his city and WOW...There are not any individuals named John who live in Lompoc Ca who have ordered the My Daily Dose via Auto Ship. So that makes me question if this is even a real Urban Nutrition Customer. And if John is not his real name, what is he hiding?

I have watched this site and it seems that if we were a "Rip Off more of our 250,000 customers would have found this site and posted numerous reports.

So "John", if that's your real name, is it a big bad company picking on the little man or is it more a problem of your inability to follow through with the terms and conditions you agreed to when you ordered.

As far as our physical address, we are located in a mixed use community. While you may doubt our validity as a corporation, The BBB, The NY and NJ Chambers of Commerce, The NJ and NY State Attorneys Office and a myriad of business organizations feel otherwise.
