Urban Nutrition Insists on getting your money for someone else's purchases. New York New York

A short while ago, I received a statement from my credit card company that claimed that I made a purchase totaling $380 from a company called Urban Nutrition LLC, which I had never heard of. I called my credit card (Chase Visa) and they suggested that I should call the company which is billing me in order to verify the transaction. I called them and explained the situation to a customer service representative. He listened but insisted that the purchase was valid because the company had my credit card number. However, all the other information they had (address, phone, name and email) did not match my real information. Overall, the representative was not very polite and the phone call did not help me clear up the situation. I called Chase again and asked them to verify from their end all the details about this purchase (which I never actually made). After a while and to my immense surprise, my credit card financial services adviser sent me a letter stating that they still considered the charge to be valid, based on information provided to them by Urban Nutrition LLC. My card also sent me a hard-copy of this information, where on the details page it clearly states that the Address Verification Status is "No match on Street and Zip" but the cover page states that the Address Verification Status is a match. I was surprised that my credit card person never read through the details pages. Also, Urban Nutrition verified the following as not only valid addresses but apparently my addresses. Main st. 88, City: Gaza Rafah, State/Province: Gaza rafa, Zip Code: 00972, Country: IL, email: rammy@mister-x.net. I wonder where stuff will end up if anything is mailed to that address. I called Urban Nutrition again to ask them where this address came from and how they shipped $380 worth of goods to it and was put on hold for a long period of time. Finally, someone asked me for my personal information and refused to transfer me to the person who was listed on the letter from Urban Nutrition as having filed the report and verified my address (in Gaza city). Three times the call was lost and three times I called back and finally someone from the company asked for my name and number so the original verifier could call me back whithin an hour. Naturally, nobody has called me since. I'd like to share this with everyone. Beware of Urban Nutrition LLC (and Chase Visa, in this case, as their reprensentative failed to question the non-sense provided by Urban Nutrition in the transaction validation letter.)
