*Consumer Suggestion: A way to get your money back
I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday Dec 26, 2005. The company had the flowers listed under "same day delivery".
Not only have they not delivered the flowers as of Jan 4, 2006 but they also have failed to refund my money or return emails sent to their so-called customer service department.
They are a top listed company when one looks on the internet for flowers under "Google" but they apparently do not care if they deliver their flowers or not as long as they have your money.
I have emailed them every day since Dec 27, 2005 and have not rec'd a return email or my money back.

I feel your pity man, I really do!! I argued with them cussed them out called them every name in the book!! I called over 30 times!! I kid you not!! They got tired of me, I mean they were upset at me.. But they stole my money and over charged me! All I did was go to my bank and the guy at the bank who helped me was like so basically you did not authorize the charge, and I go exactly!! The reason I did not authorize the charge is b/c they charged me a different amount!! I got my money back with in 7 days, the bank said we investigated and this company is fraud.... I think you should do the same, go to your bank or go to your credit card company, whomever you charged the flowers to and argue. Print out your records and have ur email responses ready.. I even left voicemails for the owner, if you search his phone # is all over the net b/c people leave him bad messages!! Probably some stupid terrorist running that business!! And not sure if you know or not but they have at least 6 DBA business names!! SO BE AWARE!! Oh and after weeks of calling those morons, guess what they did? They gave me a credit on my account after I cancled my credit card and all!! They got upset at the fact I cancled my card b/c they couldnt charge me for flowers that were never sent!!
