Urbanflorist.com ripoff Did sent ONE DOZEN OF TULIPS INSTEAD OF 3 DOZEN ROSES!! Vancouver British Columbia

They are well known for rip-offs. I have just read several very bad reports on them. I wish I had read them before ordered anything from them...

I ordered 3 dozens of red roses to be delivered 3 days before the D-day in Toronto - it was not a holiday or whatsoever. You know how important flower deliveries, especially red roses... and I did make the order to give them enough of time to do the job correctly! The delivery was made on the said day (good), at the right address BUT with the wrong product!!! They messed up my order; my recipient got ONE DOZEN OF small TULIPS instead of a big impressive bouquet of THREE DOZEN of red ROSES... It is certainly not the same meaning nor the same value!!! Urbanflorist.com screwed up my surprise and the effect that was supposed to do! You can easily imagine my disappointment...

I have been trying to contact them by email for more 10 days now and I have never got any replies!!! I may just never hear from them again (this is what they hope... maybe) because I am outiside Canada so I cannot call the toll free number. But, they will not get away with it so easily!!! I will spent time sending rip-off reports everywhere I can to let the most consumers as possible know about their crappy service!!! I have all the documents as evidence of my saying... There is no mistake from my side! I did never order tulips!
