Ordered flowers to be delivered near Vancouver so thought they would be local. Three days later no notice of delivery so emailed and got no response, five days later my friend emails to say flowers arrived in dreadful condition. She checked the bill and they had been driven around for four days. Have left messages and emails, no response. 85.00 on my credit card... BEWARE
Best to use your own local florist and have them FTD.... UrbanFlorist.com stinks
