US Auto Protection Interstate National Dealer Services Inc. Does not honor contracts Atlanta, Georgia

us auto protection, is an extended warranty co. I pay $80.97 per month. If car breaks down, I pay $100 deduxtiblefor repairs. What I havw noticed, isthat they will pay for small repairs, but if it is something major like timing change, they do not pay, even though it clearly states in the contract that it is covered.

my car needs a water pump, timing chain, and a valve. I pay every month for XtraSupreme coverage for my car to be repaired. I am on a fixed income(once a month), and thought that buying an extended warranty would help. It did help on a small part that needed repaired, but a major part seems to be a problem. My car has been in the repair shop since March 2, 2012.

The car must go to a reputable mechanic,its in a shop that they suggested, now the ship is putting a lean on my car because they are not being paid. The mecganic at the ship has a cipy of the contract, and states that the parts are clearly covered, but US Auto does not want to pay, which they are definately not honoring their contract. Be warned about this company. Also I have never missed a payment nor have I been late paying a payment. This company has.just f_____ me around.
