US Auto Protection 3 Party Service Plan written to appear as sent from the dealer I purchased my warranty from (with the car purchase) Chesterfield, Missouri

Well, this was just meant to be a reply to another report.  Anyhow, long story short, this company send a report out to you that looks like it from either the DMV or the dealership.  They have your year and make of your vehicle, and the knowledge that you warranty is about up.  I have 2 problems them, even if they do over a good plan or not:

1) An independant company, not related to my factory warranty should NOT HAVE THIS INFORMATION.  I did not release it, therefore it was obtained without my permission. FIRST FLAG.

2) Nowhere on the printed message's body,  does it say it's an advertizement for third-party service coverage.   Only in fine print, at the very bottom does it mention it's an ad, but it only does this because it's required by state law for ID or WI residents.

3) Nowhere on the website do they explain what is covered for repairs and the amount.  It only speaks to small change frills, like towing, trip cancelation etc.  They avoid the stating any amount ranges for major items like drive train, suspension, etc.

4) The BL - too much hidden, sneakly written ad, and unethical way of obtaining my vehicles info.

Not going to bite.
