US Auto Protection This company is US Fidelis in disguise! St Louis, Missouri

I was watching an episode of NCIS tonight, and I saw a commercial for US Auto Protection. It's a company that provides a warranty for your car after the factory warranty expires. Immediately, my mind started to race... this company is US Fidelis in disguise!

I paid particular attention to the drama with US Fidelis because it was based pretty close to my home. I was truly outraged that this company stole so much money from so many people. I heard the commercial before I saw it because the voice of the commercial is a well-known one here in the St Louis area. It's the voice of American Equity Mortgage. It's all over the radio every day. Now that that voice is linked to this company, I would never, ever consider doing business with American Equity Mortgage. 

I looked up the website, and there was no information given anywhere about the location of this company, US Auto Protection. I googled it and found out that it is, in fact, based in St Louis.

Are there any truly honest businesses out there anymore?
