We signed up for a rewards card with Fred Meyer/US Bank and got slammed into a charge for this scam company. We called the Bank and they insist we call this third party partner. Of course they arn't taking calls! You can bet we will immediately be filing complaints with the Attorney General, FTC commision, and BBB to start.

So this is a credit card?

Well, in this case, USB is right. Fred Meyer would dictate all the rules and regulations for the card while USB would just create the card. Your complaint should be against Fred Meyer.

Imagine that you got some tainted Tylenol at Walgreens. You wouldn't sue Walgreens, you whould sue Tylenol. See my point?
