I contacted US cash advance in june of 2011. I was having hard times and thought that they could help.I got approved for $200.00 I gave them my bank information and was told that they would automatically deduct $60.00 every two weeks til it was paid. So I never thought anything of it since they were getting their money. After 5 months or so of them still taking $60.00 I called them and asked them why they were still taking the money. They tiold me it was penalty money for not paying the loan back and that they would continue to take the money until I paid the $200.00 in full.

Now I am recieving threatening phone calls saying I now owe them $600.00 or they will be taking me to court. I have never recieved anything sying this and now today I recieved a threatening phone call telling me that I either settle this now by 6 pm or the will be a warrant out for me and I could spend 6 or so months in jail for fraud.

I did not fraud anyone. I paid them their money and then some and now they want more from me. I feel as though I was mislead and taken and now being threatened all kinds of stuff and I don't think it's fair. I am a hard working woman and I don't have extra money to give to anyone.  Not sure what to do from here but I hope someone helps me
