Once again my son's account is a mess. In the last year, they locked the account forcing him to pay for new cards under the guise of fraudulent activity from France then Russia. Both times 0 evidence of this. Online in the account nor them being able to provide it. Fast forward to the 19th of October 2017 and now there are 2 charges totaling $60 from " " and " " Literally Quotation marks. For Debit adjustment. Reading terms of service states these are done to recoup overpayments, funny because as it turns out I am his payee and have kept a PDF and paper printed copy of every months statement for 7 years. Not 1 time has there been an overpayment. I also went over every charge/credit and totals, all is right. I have dealt with CSR 4 times I know The drills I also know he can kiss that $6 goodbye.
