 US passport now is a scam artist organization. They have no interest in expediting your passport. They are only interested in acquiring money. They prey upon people's misfortune and emergent sotuations. I had applied for three passports first my minor children through this service. I paid over 300 dollars for each passport well over the three weeks necessary for travel. They informed me that they received all three passports applications were received. One week later they inform me that one application has been suspended, of course, they need more money to process that application now. Because of my emergent situation. I pay it and send additional information. I receive one out of the three passports. I call us passport now...explaining to them that I need all the passports and that time is running out...all of a sudden tables turn, they become rude, nasty and arrogant. This beast, Jenny, tells me we know when you are traveling, lady, you will have your passport by then. I leave numerous messages for my case msnager, Aerial, she doesn't return any of them. The day before my trip overseas....I still have not received the other two passports.....I call, I speak to 5 customer service ahents, who assured me u will receive my passport...i just have to pay another 65 dollars for Saturday delivery, mind you. I am leaving at 1030am, they sat that they can guarantee deliver by 930am. ...they run my card... I call at 4 00pm later that day and then they tell me that they only sent out one passport, I'm still missing my eldest daughter's passport.....she is not going to be able to go....thousands of dollars are wasted...and on top of it. The customer service reps Aerial, Jenny Blanca, David...are condescending as hell... This company needs to be closed down and David the owner needs to be sued for fraud...
