US Passport Now They were supposed to refund us $130.00...jerked us around never received any money. Internet

We accidentally somehoe ordered a passport when we were just trying to check prices. We called seconds after realizing what we had done. The said they had already chardged are account for $130.00 and would be keeping $50.00 dollars "company policy"...and would refund the rest. They then went on to say it would take 7-10 days to hit our account we confirmed this with three people. On the 10th day we had received no money we called they said it would take 10-14 day to hit are account we confirmed this with them and waited. On the 14th day we had received no money. We called them and the said it takes 15 days the next day we called and had received no money....
