I used their services when trying to find out information on properties when moving. I paid for the amount that was asked. Now, several months later without any notification on my email or knowledge of having an account or subscription they have charged my card with $19.95. I do not believe a company has the right to indiscrimantly use their customers credit card information and make false charges.
