US Realty Records, US Home Report They fraudulently set up recurring payment without consent Jersey City New Jersey

I made a legitimate 95 cent transaction to look up information on a single property.  They automatically signed me up to a $19.95 per month recurirng service without my consent completely unbeknownst to me.  While I did receive an e-mail on the 95 cent charge, there were no e-mails or correspondence on the $19.95 recurring service.  I called their customer service after seeing the charge on my bank statement, and they told me that I was provided a screen to either accept or decline the service, and I closed the screen.  They said their process was to auto enroll me if I did not explicitly decline the service.  What?!?!?  Is the customer not supposed to enroll in services and consent to recurring charges?  They are thieves and they play games, and this company is completely unethical.  Please avoid these scamsters.
