I wanted to refinance my house to get a lower rate and was curious about the value of the property. I was charged $0.95 for the service.

While going through my bank transactions i noticed a $19.95 payment to US Realty Records that was automatically taken out on 1/31/2017. Further searches revealed that $19.95 was automatically withdrawn from my account on 1/03/2017, 12/02/2016 and on 11/02/2016.

I did not authorized any of these withdrawals and certainly don't need a realty price check each and every month.

I am having a hard time trying to reach this company to cancel this service and get a refund.

What a RIP-OFF!! Stay away from this SCAM!

US Realty Records When I signed up to see information on my property, it showed that the charge will be 0.95. My credit card was charged $19.95. Not only they charged $19.95, this company converted a one time payment into monthly recurring payment.  I went onto us realty records web site to gain information. I started to leave the site when a auto promotion for a trail period o. their site. I asked for the 5 day promo for .95. I soon started seeing a monthly credit to my checking account for $19.95 before the trial period ended. I have been trying to gain access to theories. site to protest the charges. I'm blocked out. I have tired to call with no success. I have had two this charges so far that I know of. how do I stop their demand for payment. I have tired to block using my bank & I can't stop them. help.
