I contacted  US Realty Records on the internet. I ordered a one-time record on my home for $0.95.

To my surprise they debited my bank account for an additionql $19.95 for a premium account that I did not want or need. i made this clear on my application.

When I called and spoke with an agent he advised that he counld only refund 10%. When I asked for the manager he advised that he could refund 50%.

The are thieves who steal your money because they think you can't do anything about a small amouny of money. That small amount from each indivual adds up to millions.
