us search Automatic Billing in fine print of disclosure Culver City, California
*Consumer Comment: Hint.
I purchased a one Time back ground check for 14.95 and subsequently they continue to bill my account 19.95 for each month after. Seems in the fine print of their disclosure you are signing up for a monthly service. Nothing new here same old scam., just shove the screw job in fine print in a 20 page long document, hell the banks and financial services have been doing it for years. And to top it off the information wasn't even accurate.

" Nothing new here same old scam., just shove the screw job in fine print in a 20 page long document"
If you encounter a "Terms of Service" document that is 20 pages of fine print, don't agree to it. Common sense would tell you that 20 pages of legalese for a simple transaction could only mean that they are hiding something in all of that.
Alternatively, you could actually read the 20 pages to find out if it's acceptable.
Agreeing to things without reading them is not a smart way to go through life. Shady characters make their living off of people who do not read agreements.
