I noticed a charge of $19.95 on 23 Dec 2012 for this service.
I disputed with Visa by phone and Visa rep called US Search while i was on phone and I received $99.95 refund out of $458.95.
Apparently I have missed this fraudulent charge for 18 months,but Visa rep only showed back to July 2012. I am investigating further. US Search will not provide proof that i signed up for this membership.
I used it for a 1 time search that was supposed to cost 95cents.

I had a pleasant conversation with US Search customer service rep and they agreed to refund tha balance of the charges by check. check to be sent in 2 to 3 weeks. Will update on progress of refund in about 3 weeks on this site.
