I have contracted with an lot of trucking companies and when it comes time to leave the company they all have removed the on board compuor device and resposible givin an reciept for returned equipment and permits and base plate. (Crst do allow owners to keep base plate that the owner pay for.) The reson why the give an reciept is because they are going to keep your bond $1500. if you do not produce an reciept.

I am here to tell you the people at Lincoln Nebrask forcably removed the computer from my truck and had me forcable removed from thier terminal and did not seed or give me an reciept for the computor,sattelte, permits and base plate. By the way the base plate they gererously took was paid for by me. Us xpress owes me $1500. The means of force was they had an police officer explainthat they take their property mentioned above and I do not get any reciept for it and I leave happy or else You know the routine. I can not strong arm them into giving paper reciept for the equipment.

The only thing I ever wanted from them was proof of return of the above mentioned equipment, but they good people of Lincoln Ne. had an armed badge wearing thug come politly explain that I do not have the rite to reciept of prooof of returned equipment.
