There are things you can do...don't just give up...

As an earlier person said on this thread, it is odd that there is a dedicated employee responding to complaints with the same comment.  It is possible though that it is just an automated thing they have set up,  I don't think this "company" has very many employees at all.

Anyway, write to them (email them) regarding each charge and inform them that you have filed a formal complaint and that you have involved your bank and be frank with them that you want a refund.  Do allow them to turn it on you, that you agreed to the charges.  No!  You, I am sure, did not agree to pay for things that DO NOT exist.  No customer service to speak of, you can't login to the site, and IF you are able to get into the site, you can't order anything, and it won't ever come anyway because there IS NO INVENTORY, and the $2,500 credit limit is just a sales pitch and the credit bureaus are not interested and don't do anything because there is nothing to report.  So, the basis of your request for a refund has NOTHING to do with whether or not they feel you agreed to the charges, but rather that THEY LIED about what you were purchasing or agreeing to.

I have filed a complaint with the FTC, Federal Trade Commission and I have submitted information to ABC's different news programs and I am working on a blurb for U-Tube.  There are some people who have had recurring drafts out of there account and other who only had the initial fees taken out, one for USA Credit $149.99 and one for USA Benefits $49.99.  Whatever or whoever the charges are related to, you have to approach them separately as they won't work together, (even though they are essentially the same company, they share the same address and the same fax number, they just have different websites-which look exactly the same except for their name.  They just don't want to cooperate and do the right thing.  Fine, they can be stubborn, but the consumers - the innocent people just trying to make a transaction on a website which has nothing to do with them - that find they have been scandalized because their information was sold or traded or something, behind your back - the consumers, need to stand up for what is theirs.  USA Credit and USA Benefits - under any circumstances - whether you agreed to their offer or didn't know anything about - they have NO RIGHT to take your money because they are LYING and SCAMMING you to get it.  It is wrong and something has to be done about it.  I will continue to speak my mind on this and do anything I can to help someone get a refund and hopefully the word gets out so others won't fall victim to this (and other scammers like this one)  Research any company on any website that is offering services you are to pay for, especially recurring monthly payments.  If they hide behind themselves and are reluctant to communicate with you, and they can't be forward with information, or check with the BBB and ripoffreport.com to check on them.  Unfortunately, it has come to be very apparent to me that it is necessary to investigate any company that you are to put any kind of personal information, your banking information, your social security number, even your address and phone number.  If you are dealing with a crook, they don't need a whole lot of information about you to really mess you up.  Sad state of affairs that we have to be like that but we as humans have a natural survival instinct and to protect yourself is definitely now essential to our human survival instinct.  The internet is fun, but can be a very dangerous place to share information.  I will close now, but I really hope this helps and gives you some energy and confidence back that you did NOTHING WRONG, and things will actually work out somehow, however, it is also necessary for the human survival instinct. There are lots of dishonest people and even entire businesses are showing themselves to be hypocrytical and dishonest.  I like that there is more to work with.  And it wouldn' surprise me that being snatched up and put into to the trunk that there is to just crew did you get everything done.  Can I take a peak at the houseroom kids and a pair of tweens.  Life is pretty busy sometimes, ok OFTEN times and people are in a rush to do this and scrambling to get going.  I miss James and My mom actually setS. the form
